  • Develop and refine testing methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies in professional reports.
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats, attack techniques, and mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with other cybersecurity teams to integrate offensive security insights into broader security programs.
  • Drive the development of automated tools and scripts to improve testing efficiency.

  • 5+ years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within a cybersecurity team.
  • Strong expertise in penetration testing methodologies (OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, PTES, OSSTMM, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, Nmap, and others.
  • Deep understanding of adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, OSED, CISSP, CRTO, GXPN) are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cloud security assessments (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be an asset.
