Job Description:
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with sound knowledge on Java, SQL, multiple Cloud technologies and strong background with Full Stack Development for our Engineering Operations.
As a Lead developer, you will work closely with business stake holders, Leadership, engineering team and DevOps Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Should be able to drive the project independently starting from requirement gathering to design, development and implement. Must have involved end-to-end building enterprise product.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems.
- Work on Cloud Technologies such as building and maintaining SaaS based applications, cloud migration,…
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of existing machine learning systems.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and other visualization tools to monitor key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in working with frameworks like Spring (Spring Boot, Security, Data, Cloud), Quarkus, etc.
- Clear understanding DevSecOps & DevOps process and help to implement.
- Communicating insights and recommendations to leadership, business stake holders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Gen AI and recommend new tools and techniques to improve our operations. Adaptive to AI world.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve challenges, and foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements / Skills :
- Bachelors / master’s degree in information or computer science required – B.Tech, MCA, MS Computers.
- 12+ years of experience.
- Must have Strong architectural background and Fullstack development experience.
- Proficient in Data Structure and RDBMS
- High Proficiency in Java programming and exposure to more than one cloud technology (Azure, AWS, Google). Proficiency in working with frameworks like Spring framework (Spring Boot, Security, Data, Cloud), Quarkus, etc.
- Implementation with visualization tools, libraries.
- UI Development – React, Node.
- Proficiency in integrating APIs.
- Proficient in Design Pattern
- Familiarity with Project Management tools
- Domain experience on Cyber, Data Security, Data breach, …
- Exposure to CI/CD, TDD, SAST, DAST, Kubernetes
- Strictly follow best practices of SDLC, Agile.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Added advantage – Java certification, ETL, Databricks, Spark …
- This role need strong and effective communication skills to deal with client, business and leadership.
