Workday Security Administrator (HR Technology Mgr)
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.
The Workday Security Administrator is responsible for serving as the liaison between the HR functional area and IT in translating complex business needs into application technology solutions.
How you will make an impact:
- Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains HRIS solutions to address complex and varied business process needs.
- Develops or collaborates with Development staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
- Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
- Lead projects which impacts data maintenance on HRIS applications.
- Advises HR Business Partners on design and utilization of information systems.
- Manages program and project implementations.
- May provide direction and guidance to team members and serve as an expert for the team.
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Strong experience with the Workday HCM Platform strongly preferred.
- Workday HCM and/or Workday Security certified strongly preferred.
- Expertise with business process security configuration strongly preferred.
- Understanding of security roles, domains, and how to design roles & configure access (functional & integration) preferred.
- Prism security experience preferred.
- Consulting experience preferred.
- Experience performing security audits preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Workday EIBs, Excel, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow HR Case Management preferred.
