We are looking for an experienced and driven Cybersecurity Presales Manager with an OT (Operational Technology) focus to serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand and implement robust cybersecurity solutions that protect critical OT/ICS infrastructure. You will play a strategic role in shaping solution design, driving technical engagements, and supporting sales opportunities across industries such as energy, manufacturing, utilities, and maritime.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical problem-solving, enjoys complex solutions design, and has a solid understanding of both IT and OT environments, as well as managed security services.
Job Description
Technical Leadership in Deals:
•Act as the lead technical expert in Cybersecurity with a focus on OT/ICS during the sales cycle.
•Collaborate with key account managers and cybersecurity technical sales to understand customer pain points and design tailored solutions aligned with industry standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, etc.).
Solution Design & Client Engagement:
•Architect complex security solutions addressing OT/IT convergence, network segmentation, visibility, and threat detection.
•Conduct client-facing presentations, workshops, PoCs, and technical deep-dives to demonstrate value and feasibility.
Proposal Support:
•Contribute to high-quality RFP/RFI responses, SoWs, and technical proposals with strong ROI and business justification.
•Work closely with service delivery, professional services and product teams to validate feasibility and cost and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Market & Technology Intelligence:
•Stay ahead of OT cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats, and translate that knowledge into practical client recommendations.
•Engage with technology partners (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi Networks, Dragos, Fortinet, TXOne..) to co-develop integrated solutions.
Internal Enablement:
•Support internal stakeholders with knowledge sharing and training on OT cybersecurity trends and best practices.
Collaboration with Sales & Technical Teams:
•Work closely with Cybersecurity Technical Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to ensure that proposed cybersecurity solutions align with sales strategies and client objectives.
•Collaborate with internal product and delivery teams to align product capabilities with customer requirements, especially for IT security, OT security, and MSS offerings.
•Ensure seamless communication between sales and post-sales technical teams to facilitate a smooth handover and successful project deployment.
Qualifications
•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical sales, with a strong focus on OT security, and Managed Security Services.
•Experience in the Maritime, Energy, or Humanitarian sectors is preferred.
•Solid understanding of OT security: Knowledge of securing industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and other OT environments.
•Managed Security Services expertise: Familiarity with SOCs, MDR, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and incident response.
•Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NERC CIP).
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills — capable of influencing both technical and business stakeholders.
•Excellent solution architecture and design skills, with experience designing cybersecurity solutions for both IT and OT environments.
•Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple pre-sales engagements simultaneously.
•Proficiency in writing technical proposals, RFP responses, and creating solution documentation.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
Certifications:
•Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or ISA/IEC 62443 are highly desirable
