Proficiency Expectation & Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Competent to Proficient with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 4-6 years of related experience.

  • Client: Adhere to SLAs and SOPs; Internal/external client satisfaction.
  • Operational: Timeliness and accuracy of all related processes; Ensure process improvements are adopted.
  • Risk: Comply with risk and compliance programs and actions including the timely completion of related training; Comply with relevant laws and regulatory requirements; Adhere to company policies and guidelines; Mitigate process risk.
  • General: Continuous personal development; Encourage and support personal and team development.

Decision Rights:

  • Owns Coordination of workload balancing, Staff and personal development, Identification, resolution, reporting or escalation of exceptions, breaches and suspicious activities as required by our risk and compliance programs.
  • Influences Execution of corporate initiatives, Planning for the team (e.g., short term deliverables and long term initiatives).
  • Supports The user lifecycle Administration process.
