• Liderar projetos de assessment em cyber security utilizando frameworks como NIST, ISO, CIS, entre outros.

 • Definir estratégias robustas de segurança e gestão de riscos, elaborando cenários “as-is” e “to-be” com estimativas realistas de tempo e premissas.

 • Desenvolver planos de continuidade de negócios, resposta a crises e incidentes; conduzir exercícios “table-top” e simulações.

 • Coordenar atividades de pentest e gestão de vulnerabilidades, com análise, priorização e acompanhamento da remediação.

 • Atuar de forma consultiva, desenhando projetos personalizados junto aos clientes, condução de workshops, propostas e apresentações.

O Que Você Precisa Ter

Experiência em consultoria de cibersegurança, com histórico em posições sêniores em grandes empresas.

 • Sólida vivência em assessments, definição de estratégia, risco, continuidade/incidentes, pentest e vulnerabilidades.

 • Capacidade de liderar equipes multidisciplinares e engajar stakeholders de níveis executivos e técnicos.

 • Perfil consultivo, hands-on, com habilidade para criar e propor solucões, desenhar cenários “as‑is/to‑be”, definir premissas e estimativas.

 • Ótima comunicação oral e escrita, fluência em inglês é um diferencial.

 • Certificações desejadas: CISSP, CISM, CEH, ou equivalentes.
