Purpose

Reporting to the Data Protection Leader, you will support the company’s compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the upcoming AI Act. You will be involved in cross-functional projects related to data protection, cybersecurity, and responsible artificial intelligence.

Key Missions

• Maintain and update the record of processing activities (ROPA)
• Assist in drafting procedures related to data protection (privacy by design, data breach management, etc.) and AI Act compliance
• Participate in risk assessments on products and projects (security, privacy, fundamental rights)
• Support awareness and training initiatives on data protection, cybersecurity, and responsible AI
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs
• Conduct regulatory and technological monitoring

Responsibilities may evolve depending on the department's needs.

Profile & Other Information

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree with a specialization in digital law or data protection (legal profile)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Interest in technology, cybersecurity, risk analysis, and AI governance
• Proactive, organized, and autonomous
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
