We are looking for a motivated and skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our global Security Operations Center (SOC) team!

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, your mission is to monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to cyber threats in real time. You’ll play a critical role in protecting systems and data from malicious activity and ensuring our security defenses stay a step ahead of evolving threats.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • Real-time monitoring: Continuously observe network traffic, logs, and alerts for signs of suspicious activity.
  • Threat analysis: Analyze alerts, correlate events, assess threat severity, and identify malicious patterns.
  • Incident response: Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and implement mitigation steps.
  • Vulnerability management: Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities; work with other teams on remediation.
  • Reporting: Document security incidents, metrics, and threat trends for internal and leadership use.
  • Signature development: Support tuning and updating of detection tools.
  • Trend analysis: Stay current with emerging cyber threats and attacker techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global SOC teams, engineers, and security architects.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in a SOC or similar environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SIEM systems and threat detection tools.
  • Experience in incident escalation, both internally and to third-party vendors.
  • Understanding of real-time monitoring, threat analysis, and incident response.
  • Comfortable working in a multinational team.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience in a multinational/global environment.
  • Exposure to security information management systems.
  • Background in incident escalation (internal and vendor-level).
