Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Cybersecurity Leader
Highly skilled Cybersecurity Leader to manage cybersecurity programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and executing cybersecurity strategies, policies, and technologies, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders, supporting pre-sales activities, and delivering AI-related cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity strategies tailored to client needs.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects for clients.

Coordinate with client teams to ensure the successful implementation of cybersecurity measures.

Monitor and report on the progress of client cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Align cybersecurity initiatives with client business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular risk assessments for clients and develop mitigation plans to address identified vulnerabilities.

Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices within client organizations.

Conduct regular training and development sessions for client cybersecurity teams.
-
Develop and maintain incident response plans for clients to address cybersecurity incidents and breaches.
-
Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents for clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate impact and prevent recurrence.

Conduct post-incident reviews and implement lessons learned to improve client cybersecurity posture.

Ensure client compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines for clients.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure client adherence to cybersecurity policies and standards.

Collaborate with client senior management to communicate cybersecurity risks and strategies.
-
Engage with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to stay informed of emerging threats and best practices.

Represent the organization and clients in cybersecurity forums and industry events.

Provide technical expertise and develop cybersecurity solutions for clients during pre-sales activities.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor cybersecurity offerings accordingly.

Present cybersecurity solutions to potential clients and address their concerns and requirements.

Develop and implement AI-driven cybersecurity solutions to enhance threat detection and response capabilities for clients.

Utilize machine learning and AI technologies to analyze and predict cybersecurity threats.

Integrate AI tools into client cybersecurity frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and their applications in cybersecurity.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/skills
-
Master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are highly desirable.

Leadership experience in cybersecurity, in a leadership or program management role.
-
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
-
Proven experience in managing complex cybersecurity projects and initiatives.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Experience in supporting pre-sales activities and developing cybersecurity solutions for clients.

Knowledge and experience in AI and machine learning technologies applied to cybersecurity.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Excellent business process and change management skills with ability to develop strategy, evaluate efficacy, influence stakeholders, drive implementation and measure success.

Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information.

Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
