Director of Cybersecurity Program ManagementWhat does a successful Director of Cybersecurity Program Management do at Fiserv?
You will deliver program outcomes within time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction parameters for strategic initiatives and provide leadership, vision, strategic planning and support tactical execution plans, as programs typically cross multiple business areas and have a high degree of complexity and risk associated with them. You will also ensure predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery while providing a holistic view of the overall program to the organization and all stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Lead, develop and manage security/compliance programs across the business units that align with the organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Utilize effect program management skills and tools to drive project delivery – moving the program forward as an active leader as opposed to a passive recipient.
- Lead the remediation of security vulnerabilities across the systems and applications by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing a comprehensive vulnerability management lifecycle.
- Serve as a liaison between security, IT, legal, audit, and business units to ensure we are adhering to compliance and security regulations. You will drive communication to ensure stakeholders understand the current state, the most pressing priorities, and the impact on the business.
- Be proactive in Identifying security/compliance risks and work with cross functional teams to implement appropriate controls and mitigations.
- Drive continuous improvement of security processes through automation and technology.
- Work closely with application and DevOps teams to embed security early in the development lifecycle, ensuring timely vulnerability remediation and improved overall security posture.
- Support internal and external audits and compliance evaluations (PCI, SOX, etc.).
- Monitor, report, and present program performance, compliance status, and risk metrics to senior leadership.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in program or technical project management including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- 5 Years of expertise in ServiceNow with deep experience with building reports and dashboards, CMDB, Incidents, Change, and Service Requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 2+ years experience as a senior Program Manager in a Fortune 500 company. Strong project management skills with successful project delivery & problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Jira, Workday, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
