As Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst I, you’ll support the sustainment and security of an enterprise system by conducting vulnerability assessments, maintaining RMF compliance, and ensuring secure system configurations. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and DevSecOps teams to maintain a secure, compliant, and resilient environment for the customer.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze systems and networks for compliance with approved security configurations and policies
  • Conduct vulnerability scans, analyze results, and support remediation activities
  • Develop and maintain RMF documentation, POA&Ms, security plans, and test procedures
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure secure implementation of system updates
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide cybersecurity input during sprint planning, change reviews, and validation testing
  • Monitor audit logs, support incident response, and ensure continuous compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance (IT-II Limited Privileged Access)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, or system security analysis
  • Experience supporting RMF, STIGs, POA&Ms, and audit readiness
  • Experience conducting vulnerability scans and using tools such as ACAS, Nessus, Fortify, and HBSS
  • Familiarity with incident response procedures and continuous monitoring
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and supporting sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS security architecture and secure configuration practices
  • Understanding of DevSecOps pipelines and security integration into CI/CD workflows
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance for hybrid cloud and on-premises environments
  • Must hold an active Security+ (or equivalent IAT Level II) certification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within multi-functional teams

SALARY RANGE: $115,000 - $141,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: 

  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
