Due to the continued growth of our practices, we’re looking for graduates or early-stage professionals to join our high-performing team in Athens. As an Associate you'll be a member of teams of problem solvers, providing human-led and tech-powered solutions in complex business issues related to Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Business Process Improvement and Compliance in the Technology sector.

Assess the secure and reliable operation of complex IT Systems and evaluate to what extent these effectively support the relevant business processes.
Assess Internal Control Systems against recognized industry standards and suggest actions to improve control effectiveness and process optimization.
Apply data analytics to evaluate and optimize business and IT operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
Contribute to the development of our client and product portfolio.

Strong academic record, including a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a top-tier University with background in IT, computer science, mathematics, engineering or related discipline. At least one of the degrees must be within the technology related field.
0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of current and emerging technologies and platforms including Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), Databases (Oracle, SQL etc.), enterprise-wide applications (SAP 4/HANA, Oracle , etc.), Cloud Services.
A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels.
Ability to work well as part of a multi-functional team with a flexible and team-focused style.
Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek).
Excellent computer skills, proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to synthesize multiple and disparate sources of information into a coherent and compelling point of view.
Ability to be agile in changing circumstances both internally and externally.
A relevant professional qualification (CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CIPM, CISM, ISO Certifications, Azure, ITIL, etc.) will be considered as an advantage.
Experience with Data Analytics and visualizations tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Celonis will be considered as an advantage.
