Position Overview:
Ā
As Sales Director for the Policing Segment in ANZ, you will take ownership of Cellebriteās most strategic public safety accounts across federal and state policing agencies. Your primary objective is to grow our business by expanding our footprint, uncovering new revenue opportunities, and ensuring best-in-class customer outcomes. You will manage a mix of new business development and expansion within existing accounts, while ensuring continuity and success of current deployments.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including presales, customer success, marketing, and support, to deliver impactful solutions that solve mission-critical challenges for law enforcement agencies throughout Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
Ā
- Lead strategic relationships with key law enforcement accounts across ANZ as part of Cellebriteās public safety mission
- Manage the full sales cycleāfrom opportunity discovery through to deal closure
- Drive new business growth while maintaining stable recurring revenue
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in policing and investigations
- Present progress and strategic insights to local and regional leadership
- Apply deep understanding of procurement processes, Cellebriteās offerings, and the competitive landscape
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and develop tailored account plans
- Collaborate with internal teams (presales, customer success, support) to ensure post-sale success
- Promote innovative solutions that contribute to better public safety and justice outcomes
Qualifications:
Ā
- Proven experience in growing strategic accounts and winning new business within the public sector technology space
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record in public safety or government verticals
- Deep knowledge of public sector procurement, budgeting, and vendor onboarding processes in Australia
- Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements and navigate large organizational structures
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and executive presence
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-focused
- Experience managing or coordinating with partners, channels, or resellers is preferred
- Resilient, resourceful, and aligned to Cellebriteās mission to drive better outcomes for justice and public safety
A PLUS-
- Experience in digital forensics, cyber investigations, or law enforcement technologies
- Understanding of the Australian policing landscape and operational culture
- Familiarity with Cellebriteās Digital Intelligence platform and ecosystem
