This is a mission-impactful opportunity for someone who thrives in multi-disciplinary environments and is passionate about aligning technology with defense priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management Leadership:
Guide enterprise-level IT planning, strategy, architecture, and performance governance
Manage DIA’s IT investment portfolio, supporting CPIC processes and strategic roadmaps
Define and monitor outcome-based performance metrics tied to mission goals
Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure planning efforts align with technical delivery
Drive quality assurance and performance evaluation across IT programs
Support IT integration across communications, infrastructure, data, and special access programs
Assist cybersecurity teams with IA compliance, testing, risk management, and accreditation processes
Task Order Management:
Oversee all task order deliverables, staff performance, and daily operations
Serve as the central point of contact for CORs, GPOCs, and internal Red Gate leadership
Manage personnel lifecycle functions: timekeeping, clearances, HR, and IT coordination
Elevate and coordinate requests for raises, reassignments, and contractual actions through Red Gate Program Director
Ensure contractual compliance and timely reporting (e.g., WARs, CARs)
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (required)
Experience leading enterprise IT programs within DoD or Intelligence Community
Proven ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on execution in technical environments
Familiarity with Agile development practices and iterative program management
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills
Self-starter capable of managing diverse tasks independently and in team settings
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with cybersecurity technologies such as Palo Alto, Cisco, CheckPoint, or Fortinet
Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, or Licensed Penetration Tester
Familiarity with JWICS infrastructure and DIA enterprise IT frameworks
