Why join us

Vista, part of WorkNest, is a specialist provider of employment law, HR, and employee relations support. We work with major UK employers to provide expert advice, training, and solutions that build positive, effective workplace relationships.

As a Trainer at Vista, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences for our clients’ managers and HR teams. This role is about more than just delivery, it’s about designing and shaping learning that drives confidence, capability, and real change in organisations.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team of employment law experts, trainers, and consultants, designing and delivering bespoke workshops, webinars, and digital learning content that is practical, interactive, and rooted in real-world employment relations experience.

What We Offer

  • Salary: ÂŁ60,000 - ÂŁ65,000 per annum
  • Excellent benefits package
  • Remote-based role with travel to client sites across the UK
  • Opportunities to develop your expertise in learning design and delivery
  • A collaborative, specialist team with a focus on quality and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Trainer with a strong background in employee relations, along with a passion for learning. A background in Leadership and Development would be a real advantage. You’ll have experience delivering training to managers and HR professionals, along with the confidence to design engaging, tailored programmes delivered through in-person workshops, webinars, e-learning, and other digital resources.

In this role, you’ll deliver training on topics such as employee relations, leadership, and change management, design bespoke learning content, evaluate learning impact, and contribute to developing new training opportunities with both existing and potential clients. Your ability to adapt your style to different learners, use creative approaches, and engage senior managers will be key to your success.

Experience in designing digital learning, ‘train the trainer’ sessions, or working towards external accreditation for programmes would be an advantage.

Above all, you’ll be an engaging facilitator with a professional, organised approach and a genuine interest in supporting learners to build confidence and capability.
