Ensures the protection of organizational assets and personnel by developing and implementing security strategies, conducting risk assessments, and managing security operations, with approval from the Compliance Job Ladder Owner and the Officer of Asset Protection.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Security Operations Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day security operations, including physical security, access control, surveillance, and incident response to ensure the safety and security of company assets and personnel.
• Incident Response and Crisis Management: Lead and coordinate the response to security incidents and crises, working with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage and resolve situations.
• Surveillance and Monitoring: Utilize surveillance and monitoring technologies to detect, assess, and respond to potential security threats in real-time.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of security incidents, risk assessments, and protective measures, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Collaboration with Law Enforcement and Security Agencies: Engage and collaborate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and private security firms to enhance protective measures and ensure coordinated responses to threats.

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas

Senior Compliance Analyst, earn between $96,000 - $144,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
