MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire a Cybersecurity Manager (on Hybrid working modules basis) with the following tasks and responsibilities:

Your job:

·        Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity and IT risk management program.

·        Lead the development and enforcement of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.

·        Manage security operations, including incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.

·        Oversee the evaluation and implementation of cybersecurity tools and technologies.

·        Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.

·        Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).

·        Collaborate with Information Security, Compliance, Risk, Data Protection, and business units to align security strategies with business goals.

·        Manage and mentor the cybersecurity team, providing technical guidance and career development.

·        Report on the effectiveness of the cybersecurity program to IT leadership and relevant stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

 

Your Profile:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. 

·       Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

·       8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

·       Proven experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS, etc.) and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.).

·       Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, DLP, and IAM solutions

·       CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent certifications.
