Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements generation, concept development, analysis, and design of computer-based systems
  • Coordination of technical teams and providing oversight in a complex engineering environment
  • Interfacing with technical stakeholders and managing technical documentation and baselines
  • Preparing and delivering technical briefings and engineering products

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong technical background in architecture development, functional decomposition, requirements development and allocation, and interface definition with system modelling tools.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to describe behaviors of a complex DoD system.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to think critically and capture concepts in papers, presentations, and discussions. 
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and within a small team environment.
  • Willing to assume a technical coordination role.
  • Active Top Secret with the ability to obtain TS/SCI

Non-Technical Competencies: 

  • Required: Strong communication/general soft skills
  • SHALL conduct themselves at all times in a professional and respectful manner in an effort to uphold mutual respect across the organization
  • SHALL receive and provide feedback in a respectful and professional manner
  • SHALL be a “team player” and contribute to Clarity & Customer design culture

Preferred:

  • Strong block diagramming experience (i.e. UML) experience.
  • Familiarity with dual-stack networking concepts
  • Systems engineering experience with large, complex systems.
