- Support the entire proposal development process in collaboration with the Proposal Ops Team, from kickoff to submission. This involves coordinating with team members to gather relevant information, develop technical and management solutions, and ensure compliance with RFP requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the successful outcome of the capture effort. This includes addressing technical, schedule, cost, and performance risks of proposed solutions, as well as ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements associated with classified opportunities.
- Manage resources, including personnel, budget, and time, effectively to maximize the probability of win while maintaining profitability and compliance.
- Conduct thorough reviews of proposal drafts to ensure quality, responsiveness, and alignment with the capture strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership and subject matter experts to refine the proposal and address any feedback or concerns.
- After each capture effort, conduct lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices that can be applied to future opportunities. Continuously refine capture processes and strategies to enhance Clarity’s competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies and decision-making.
