Purchasing Specialist

The Purchasing Specialist will join our company in the Procurement function. The position will be based in our Prague office. Whether you’re launching your procurement career or already have hands-on buying experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for vendor onboarding

• Help the Business in managing ongoing projects and contracting processes

• Monitoring of Consultancy contracting terms and spending

• Coordinate communication between stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to internal requirements (Tax, Accounting, Legal, and GRC)

• Support proper order history tracking and further vendor statistics

• Proactively communicate with vendors

• Collect contract signatures and approvals, and distribute invoices

• Respond to internal and external procurement queries

 Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a purchasing or buying role

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in an international team

• Ability to effectively lead work within diverse cross-functional teams

• Solid Microsoft Office skills (intermediate-to-advanced Excel)

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Open-minded, proactive, highly organized personality with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP and ServiceNow
