The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:
As a DevSecOps Technical Lead for our Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) team, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver secure, high-quality software solutions at scale. You will lead a talented team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional value stream teams to integrate security seamlessly into our development and operational processes. Your technical expertise and leadership will be crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of security, performance, and reliability.
What you will do:
Lead and Inspire: Direct and mentor a team of DevSecOps developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation with superior technical expertise.
Automation Excellence: Drive the automation of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure provisioning to enhance efficiency and reliability using modern toolchains in a cloud-based environment to enable reliable, fast deliveries.
Technical Expertise: Stay current with emerging DevSecOps technologies, tools, and trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance our practices and solutions.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our applications and infrastructure.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining a strong security posture with highly organized documentation and technical roadmaps.
Qualifications you must have :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience in managing PTC Windchill and other engineering applications for a large company on Red Hat Linux and Microsoft Windows.

Experience in software infrastructure and application deployments related to complex enterprise PLM environments in a scaled agile framework team
Experience deploying, administering and upgrading complex monolithic and clustered Linux environments in cloud using automated tool chains that provide high availability, scalability, and data integrity
Qualifications we prefer:
Experience with Engineering architecture and design concepts especially in the US Aerospace and defense sector.
Ability to identify and resolve critical issues relating to hardware/software implementations, not limited to networking, build scripts, playbooks, cookbooks, provisioning, etc.
Experience administering continuous integration /develop tools such as Jenkins, Git, Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) to deploy and maintain highly complex monolithic and clustered environments
Ability to work effectively translate business requirements and communicate technical information to developers, and present information to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to integrate tools to provide reports on progress and health of the system.
Experience leading a scaled agile framework team to deliver automated solutions and work effectively in a team environment, customer support environment and with all levels of the organization

This is a REMOTE role
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
