Job Description

Your Mission 
As an Information Security Specialist – IGA, you will be a key contributor in how we govern digital identities across IKEA’s global ecosystem. Reporting to the IGA Product Owner and supporting the IGA Platform Leader, you’ll work at the intersection of security, technology, and business enablement. Your mission is to help IKEA scale securely by implementing, integrating, and enhancing our identity governance platform so that the right people get the right access, at the right time, and for the right reasons. 

What You’ll Do 

• Take technical ownership of IGA implementation tasks as directed by the IGA Product Owner, and support the IGA Platform Leader with operational excellence in SailPoint. 

• Design and build integrations between SailPoint and other key systems (HR, ITSM, directories, applications), ensuring scalability, resilience, and security. 

• Participate in the architectural design of IGA solutions, embcontributing to a secure-by-design approach that aligns with IKEA's global IAM strategy. 

• Configure and maintain policies for identity lifecycle management, access requests, role modeling, and access certifications. 

• Collaborate with security architects, application owners, and business stakeholders to translate identity and access requirements into scalable governance controls. 

• Document technical configurations, workflows, and integration standards to ensure long-term maintainability and operational clarity. 

• Continuously identify areas for improvement and contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile delivery within the IAM team. 

What Makes You a Fit 

• You have hands-on experience implementing and managing IGA solutions (preferably SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ) and are confident building and troubleshooting integrations. 

• You understand the full lifecycle of digital identities, from onboarding to offboarding, and how governance, policy, and audit fit into this process. 

• You bring experience designing identity architecture components and enjoy contributing to the bigger picture beyond code. 

• You're a structured problem-solver who thrives in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. 

• You are a strong communicator who can translate technical details into business value and vice versa. 

• Experience with REST APIs, SCIM, cloud-native tools, and Agile/DevOps practices will help you succeed in this role.
