£54,197 per annum (£57,050 per annum after 12 months)

About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Compliance Manager to join our Care Quality and Clinical team. This role is central to ensuring our care homes maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. It will be a senior position within the team and be reporting directly in to the Director of Quality and Chief Nurse.
You will lead a dedicated team, providing expert guidance and support across our care portfolio. Your work will help ensure that our services meet regulatory requirements and reflect best practice, while also responding to feedback and data insights to drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Compliance Team to deliver effective support across our care services.
- Monitor and analyse regulatory compliance and quality indicators, incidents, and customer feedback to identify trends and promote learning.
- Collaborate with the Caldicott Guardian and Data Protection team to manage data requests in line with legislation.
- Ensure robust systems are in place for clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
- Support the implementation and review of the Person Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF).
- Review and update policies and procedures in collaboration with clinical, quality, learning and development, and operational colleagues.
- Manage customer insight systems, including resident surveys and feedback analytics, to identify themes and evidence improvements.
- Lead compliance-related projects and contribute to the development of quality assurance systems.
- Coordinate safety alerts from external bodies, following guidance from the Director of Quality & Chief Nurse.
- Provide practical support and advice to Quality & Clinical Teams and care homes to improve care standards.
What we are looking for?
We’re looking for someone with recent experience in a similar role, strong project and team management skills, and a solid understanding of care regulations and quality assurance.
You’ll be confident handling data, managing complaints, meeting KPIs, and working within GDPR and Caldicott principles, all while delivering excellent service and driving continuous improvement.
