Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Analyst (m/f)

Who are we looking for? 

 

We're on the lookout for an experienced Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Analyst to play a key role in the execution of key security processes and activities in the areas of Enterprise and Product security.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

 

• Analyze our Key Security Posture Indicators and work with responsible teams to implement and monitor improvement plans.
• Execute our Risk Management program including Risk Assessments, Risk Management Plans and Control and Mitigation implementations.
• Host periodic Key Security Performance and Posture Indicators reviews with our security leadership to highlight areas of need and escalate roadblocks.
• Leverage our Business Intelligence tools to create effective reporting dashboards.
• Cooperate with our Managed Security Service Providers to ensure that periodic security application life-cycle management activities are successfully carried out.
• Lead the execution of key projects and initiatives to enable the implementation of our capability roadmap and improve the compliance with norms and regulations such as ISO 27001, Cyber Resilience Act, and IEC 62443.

 

What do you need to qualify for the role?

 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related STEM disciplines.
• Experience using analytics and security tools such as Splunk, Metabase, Snort and Vulnerability scanning utilities.
• Solid knowledge of related standards, regulations, and frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, ISO27005, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, NIST CSF, IEC 62443).
• Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and Czech (daily communication with the international colleagues).

 

What is your desired qualifications?

 

• Dominion of the German language is a plus.
• Holder of certifications in the related areas.
• Experience with waterfall and Agile project management.
• Experience with DevOps and SecDevOps.
