• Base salary range: $134,288 – $142,099 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the area
WA IT is central to the University's academic and research mission. The Cyber Security & Technology Risk team enables a secure and digitally agile environment by embedding a culture of proactive risk management, compliance, and awareness across the University.

About the opportunity

• Lead the development of a university-wide cyber culture engagement strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver targeted awareness initiatives, training, and phishing simulations aligned to staff roles and risk profiles.
• Develop behavioural risk indicators, performance metrics, and dashboards to track engagement and impact.

About you

• Communicates complex cyber security concepts in a clear, relatable way to diverse audiences.
• Has a strong understanding of human behaviour and how to drive lasting cultural change.
• Is creative and resourceful in developing engaging campaigns, training and content.
• Collaborates confidently with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
• Experience in developing reporting and analysing metrics using tools like PowerBI or similar.

Special Requirements
