Associate Consultant - ISMS/GRC

Inbox Business Technologies king a motivated and detail-oriented Support Consultant to assist our team in delivering Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) projects. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting senior consultants through various tasks, ensuring project success and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior consultants in conducting assessments, audits, and documentation for IT-Governance, ITSM Or BCM projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other project documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in data collection and analysis for risk assessments, compliance checks, and gap analyses.
• Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, including tracking issues, risks, and resolutions.
• Organize and update ISMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and control records.
• Conduct research on best practices, regulations, and frameworks related to information security and governance.
• Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing project files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT-Governance, ITSM, BCM, or related concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
