About the Role
The Technology Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of a digital document verification workstream within a broader Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) program. This role is responsible for managing technology implementation, vendor coordination, integration with internal systems, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and security requirements. The PM will work closely with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, product, and customer experience to enable a seamless and secure user verification journey.
- Plan, execute, and manage the delivery of the digital document verification workstream.
- Coordinate with technology delivery teams and vendors to ensure timely and secure integration.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams and related systems.
- Ensure alignment with privacy, compliance, and security standards.
- Provide regular updates to program leadership and stakeholders.
- Track milestones, budget, and resource allocation using Clarity
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Plan, manage and facilitate the successful execution of program timelines and milestonesÂ
- Collaborate with internal and external contributors to build a client specific co-delivery plan while adhering to implantation processesÂ
- Actively track all activities and their status; accountable for critical project deadlines and tasksÂ
- Proactively engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, provide project updates and ensure overall customer satisfactionÂ
- Prepare work schedule and timelines with the customer and the extended teamÂ
- Anticipate and mitigate potential issues with project deliveryÂ
- Regularly communicate and maintain a bridge between the customer and Capco to ensure best practice in implementation and onboardingÂ
- Maintain up to date documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholdersÂ
- Regularly communicate project status and circulate project information to the teamÂ
- Obtain final sign-off and ensure customers are fully satisfied with project completionÂ
- Prepare and ensure seamless handoff of newly implemented customers to the operations teamÂ
Show Us What Youâve GotÂ
- 10+ years of project management and implementation managementÂ
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex application development projectsÂ
- Experience with software re-write / re-engineering / re-factoring projectsÂ
- Able to lead deep-dive technical discussions for solutioningÂ
- Able to provide estimates for duration/effort of design/development activitiesÂ
- Experience and capabilities to speak with customer leaders to extract expectations, influence direction and manage expectationsÂ
- Excellent people skillsÂ
- Comfortable speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders and clientsÂ
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, enabling cross-business teamsÂ
- Ability work in fast pace environment while following best practice and company processÂ
- Highly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction, product development and technologyÂ
- Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skillsÂ
- Excellent presentation skillsÂ
- Banking experience required
