Presales Engineer (Cybersecurity / Palo Alto Networks)

About the Role:
Presales Engineer role is to be a trusted technical advisor to our clients/business partners and internal teams. Core of the role is to build relationships with Their respective technical teams and support them to staying on top of respective product lines knowledge and newest developments. To help understand synergies, discover/map business needs to jointly prepare tailored solutions to their end-customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure holding necessary certificates
• Discover and advise on the solution based on business needs
• Perform presentations and demos using scenarios and infrastructure provided by the Vendor and/or TDS SYNNEX.
• Be able to present and explain proposed solution, it’s benefits and how it matches actual business needs signaled by Business Partners and their respective End-Customers
• To facilitate Vendor-Business Partner relationship
• To support Business Partners in becoming technically self-sufficient by continued enablement/development.
• To work with and support Business Development Team in maintaining healthy and rewarding relationship with Business Partners

Key Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of relevant cybersecurity (and Netwroking) experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure of time and result
• Strong multicultural and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner with advanced IT tool proficiency
• Strong organizational capabilities
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Understanding of Next generation Firewalls, XDR, SIEM, security process/policy automation and SoC operation are necessary
• Vendor Certifications (especially issued by Palo Alto Networks) and others such as TOGAF 9.x, Azure Associate, Terraform Associate, or ITIL are a plus

Working Conditions:

• Occasional non-standard hours or overtime depending on business needs.
• On-call availability required as needed.
• Professional office environment.
• Some travel required.
• Hybrid work (3 days from office, 2 days from home).
