We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Cybersecurity Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our enterprise security architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cybersecurity frameworks, cloud and network security, data privacy, and identity and access management (IAM). In addition to technical acumen, the candidate should have experience in business development (BD) and pre-sales engagements, enabling secure and scalable solutions tailored to customer needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust cybersecurity architectures for enterprise and cloud environments across diverse platforms.
  • Lead threat modeling, risk assessment, vulnerability management (VA), and penetration testing (PT) to evaluate security postures.
  • Define security requirements and architectural guidelines in alignment with industry best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to integrate security into digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide architectural leadership and support across projects, ensuring secure design and implementation of new technologies.
  • Oversee identity and access management (IAM) frameworks including SSO, MFA, and privileged access management.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) through appropriate security controls and governance.
  • Partner with pre-sales and business development teams to shape cybersecurity solutions, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and support customer engagements.
  • Guide security assessments and audits, working with internal and external auditors to ensure ongoing compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Create and maintain security reference architectures, patterns, and roadmaps.
  • Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and technology trends to continuously improve the security landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10–16 years of experience in information security, with a minimum of 5 years in a cybersecurity architecture role.
  • Proven experience in designing and securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of network security, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, segmentation, and zero-trust architectures.
  • Expertise in data protection, encryption, key management, and privacy-preserving technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools and methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and access governance.
  • Experience in supporting BD and sales functions by presenting security solutions to clients, aligning security strategies with business goals.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and secure SDLC.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, TOGAF, or SABSA are preferred.

  • Experience in leading or mentoring cross-functional security teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
