Division: Chief Information Security Office (CISO) 

As a global critical financial infrastructure, the protection of Euroclear information andassets is fundamental to the company’s business. Information Security is at the core of our services, firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company. You will be joining our Chief Information Security Office in charge of putting in place the required controls to adequately and effectively protect our information assets.

About the team 

The Data Protection Services tribe protects Euroclear’s data asset from leak, loss or tampering by ensuring to have a clear view of all our data being classified by business critically and sensitivity with corresponding controls defined, operated and monitored and have the right mindset promoted to all Euroclear staff.

Your role

As Data Protection Governance, Risk and Compliance Squad Lead you will oversee all activities aiming at data security, data classification supporting Data Management Office, GDPR services supporting Data Protection Office.

Your responsibilities & duties

1. Manage a team of Technical Experts (Engineers).
2. Oversee technology watch, design and implementation of solutions.
3. Lead the change towards proven market technologies to deliver advanced security solutions. 
4. Streamline day-to-day activities, delivery and predictability of projects.
5. Work with PMO and HR to ensure the squad is staffed with adequate capacity and skills.
6. Create conditions that empowers team members to grow expertise and reach full potential.
7. Collaborate with GRC, CISO teams and IT to develop end to end processes.
8. Deploy the DP strategy aligned with business, IT and Information Security Strategies.
9. Address the challenges of cloud adoption and emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing). 
10. Report to the Tribe Leader and governance bodies on KPI, KRI and project progress.

Your qualifications required

Mandatory:

• IT security professional with solid experience in the infrastructure security domain and/or in the IT application security domain.
• Experience in architecture, integration and implementation of security solutions like DLP, CASB, Enterprise DRM, Data Encryption tools.
• Experience in building operational security services, automation of processes and deployment of cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in data modelling and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of design and security of network and email infrastructures.

Nice to have: 

• Experience with CI/CD, secure development, API management, data masking and anonymization.
• Knowledge in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, PowerShell, Python, SQL etc.).
• Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SANS…
• Microsoft certifications like AZ-500, SC-400, SC-401…

Will be considered an asset:

• Practice of Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Netskope.
• Practice of Microsoft Cloud Platform: Microsoft 365, Azure, Fabric, AI Studio…
• Practice of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Driven and energetic with an entrepreneurial attitude and a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to operate in complex organizations using both agile and waterfall frameworks.
• Problem solving mindset with a good balance between short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
• Proficient oral and written communications skills in English.
