JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.

JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Perform duties as an Intelligence Analyst leading advanced intelligence support to the command and control, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and targeting (C2ISRT) Aggressor Detachment, with a focus on replicating adversary C2ISRT capabilities in support of Joint and USSF training, exercises, and threat-based planning. Leads the integration of adversary TTPs, kill web processes, and operational decision-making models to facilitate the development of operationally relevant training environments through the execution of real-time exercise injects to facilitate the generation of USSF and Joint force combat readiness.

Employee will be responsible to perform the following functions/duties:

  • Conducts deep research and analysis on adversary doctrine, force structure, decision-making processes, and kill chain execution to inform threat replication and scenario design.
  • Develops and presents adversary-centric briefings and threat assessments to training audiences, exercise planners, and senior leadership to support realistic threat emulation in joint and space-centric training environments.
  • Produces written intelligence products, operational overlays, vignettes, and target system models that accurately represent adversary integration of multi-domain C2ISRT functions.
  • Leads and/or contributes to the design and execution of tabletop exercises (TTXs) and war-games where adversary decision-making, C2ISRT employment, and threat kill chains are emulated.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including operations, cyber, EW, and intelligence professionals to align threat replication with exercise objectives and training outcomes.
  • Uses intelligence oversight principles and classification guides to ensure proper handling of all classified information and derivative products.
  • Participates in exercise planning meetings to understand scenario objectives and aggressor tasking.
  • Coordinates with intelligence analysts, planners, and operators to ensure threat actions align with training objectives and operational realism.
  • Lead specialized technical groups/committees with internal and/or external agencies
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as directed
                                                   HIGHLY DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • MS degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, International Relations, Political Science, Engineering, or a related field highly desired. 
  • Experience supporting joint or service-level exercises, training environments, or adversary replication efforts (e.g., aggressor squadrons, red teams, or OPFOR cells).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex threat information into training scenarios, vignettes, or TTPs to support operational readiness.
  • Prior deployment, war-game participation, or operational-level planning experience are highly desirable.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE

The incumbent must have a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Intelligence Studies, National Security, International Relations, Political Science, Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, they must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in intelligence analysis or operations integration, with at least 3 years focused on adversary C2, ISR, targeting, or similar functional areas. Moreover, the incumbent must possess in-depth knowledge of intelligence processes, cycles, and organizations.

In addition, an Intelligence Analyst IV must possess the following qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance required; experience with SAP or ACCM/SAR programs preferred.
  • Must possess planning/organizational skills
  • Must be able to work under deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance
  • Must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license

SALARY

The expected salary range for this position is $103,000 to $149,000 annually.

JT4, LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting to (30) pounds, constant sitting and use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. The incumbent must be able to work duty days in excess of eight hours and perform shift and weekend work to meet required schedule demands.

This position may require travel.
