This position is a direct report to the Facility Security Office in Tucson Arizona. Position conducts Administrative Inquiries for all potential adverse cases for determination on reporting to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) in accordance with the 32 CFR Part 117; National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and the 13 adjudicative guidelines.
In order to excel in this position you will need to have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to all levels of employees and customers You also must have a thorough knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, as well as SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements. Your proven experience collaborating in a matrix environment.
You will be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision along with meticulous organizational skills. Superior emotional intelligence skills will also be needed with a strong understanding of the 13 adjudicative guidelines
What You Will Do
- You will utilize data to monitor security reporting trends, timely initial reporting of cases, extension requests, and case close out for all cases originating from 15090 CAGE code
- Conduct investigative work IAW 32 CFR Part 117
- Conduct routine self-inspections
- Participate in customer reviews, document findings, recommend and assist with corrective actions
- Evaluate implementation of corrective action plans
- Partner with all Global Security Services cores, programs & mission area leaders, human resources, ethics, legal, customers and DCSA to develop solutions to a myriad of security challenges
- You must possess uncompromised ethical standards, be a team player, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Security, Criminal Justice, Business or other related field
- A minimum of least 8 years’ experience in Industrial Security, preferably as an FSO or investigator, within the defense industry
- Experience with the 13 adjudicative guidelines
- Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, as well as SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements
- Experience with case management and triaging of industrial security cases
- Experience in Administrative Inquiry
Qualifications We Prefer
- Knowledgeable in the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM)
- Experience in Counterintelligence operations, suspicious contact reporting, and insider threat investigations.
- Experienced in the following databases: Access Commander, e-Security, and DISS
