Job Description:

This position involves conducting research to evaluate geo-location tracking IoT devices and threats to supply-chain security.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct research evaluating geolocation-tracking IoT devices and the threats to supply-chain security.  Efforts will include literature review examining industry standards related to maritime cybersecurity, selecting a threat-modeling methodology, and executing a case study analyzing scenarios and threats from IoT devices.  (85%)

Participate in national and international conferences related to maritime and IoT security.  Publish findings and results in journals and conference proceedings. (10%)

Other duties as assigned (5%)

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 1 year of related work experience; experience in cybersecurity and memory forensics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
