Your role
Â
Join Our Cyber Operations Team as a Security Administrator!
Â
Play a key role in safeguarding our organisation by managing security tools, monitoring threats, and responding to incidents. You'll ensure systems are securely configured, support vulnerability management, and help protect critical data and infrastructure. Be part of a dynamic team driving cyber resilience and innovation.

What youâll do
Â
As a Security Administrator, youâll be part of the frontline team protecting our systems and data. Youâll monitor threats, respond to incidents, and help improve our overall security.
Â
Your responsibilities include:
- Investigating security incidents across our network
- Using tools like EDR/XDR, SIEMs, and CASBs to detect and respond to threats
- Analysing digital evidence to understand how attacks happened
- Reverse engineering malware and other cyber threats
- Working with other teams to fix issues and improve security
- Supporting data loss prevention reviews
- Maintaining secure configuration of key systems
- Contributing to security projects and improving detection and response processes

What weâre looking for
Â
Youâll join a dedicated Cyber Operations team that works closely with our Red Team and Threat Intelligence specialists. Together, we run hands-on exercises, share knowledge regularly, and constantly look for ways to strengthen our defences.
Â
In addition, weâre looking for someone with:
- Experience investigating security incidents across networks
- Familiarity with tools like CrowdStrike, SIEMs, and CASBs
- Skills in analysing digital evidence and understanding attacks
- Ability to reverse engineer malware and other cyber threats
- A collaborative approach to fixing issues and improving security
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and a strong team mindset
- A degree in cyber security, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- Certifications like BTL2, CCD, OSCP, or similar (valued)
- Hands-on experience through CTFs or platforms like Hack The Box, Blue Team Labs Online, or CyberDefenders
