Senior Manager - IAM (Identity and Access Management)

DSM North America, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager – IAM (Identity and Access Management) for its Plainsboro Township, New Jersey location.

Duties: On behalf of a global life sciences company: Define and manage the IAM function which acts as a framework of business process, policies and technologies that manage digital identity and user access within the organization. Act as Product Owner overseeing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team responsible for digital user identities and access privileges and ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and identity verification. Assess and build current and future IAM capabilities, manage capacity and relationships, and ensure proper utilization of team members. Lead the setup and installation of technology tools and products to contribute to the success of the company’s Cybersecurity organization. Act as Delivery Manager, Project Manager and Product Manager for key departments such as HR, Operations, R&D and Product Service Systems and be responsible for managing the delivery teams as well as contract management and budget planning for service partners. Manage project execution such as divestments, acquisitions, OT & IT projects and upgrades and act as change management guide for internal practices driven by government, customers and industry-standard regulations. Manage 4 reports including one User Access Manager, one Security Expert, two IAM Security Experts and a supplier team of 4 to 6 IAM experts. Telecommuting may be permissible in accordance with DSM- Firmenich policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or related field and ten (10) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a Delivery Manager, IAM Manager, Group Project Manager or related role managing IAM-related projects. Full term of experience must include each of the following skills:  Managing IAM projects, including IAM tool deployments and integration into existing systems, and working within Agile or DevOps environments. Experience with User Identity Management platforms including Omada, SailPoint, Saviynt. Managing authentication methods (passwords, multi-factor authentication), authorization mechanisms, including Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes & technologies.  Understanding of SSO technologies and protocols SAML. (Security Assertion Markup Language), OAuth, OpenID Connect. Experience in defining Identity Governance & Administration processes including segregation of duties, role management, analytics and reporting, access certifications, identity provisioning and managing entitlements by ensuring the accuracy of the identity information is met across the organization. PAM tools, CyberArk, Delinea and BeyondTrust to manage and secure privileged accounts. Requires 5% international and domestic travel. Salary: $255,944.00/yr; 40 hours/week. Direct applicants only.
