Job Purpose: Executive - AVSEC Compliance & Operations is responsible for supporting the daily implementation of aviation security procedures at the airport. This role assists in conducting compliance checks and ensuring the seamless functioning of security measures as per NCASP, NCASQCP, NCASTP and other regulatory frameworks. It is also responsible for responding to security incidents, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective security operations at the ground level.
AVSEC Operations and Compliance:
Assist in implementing Aviation Security policies and procedures in alignment with BCAS regulations and NCASP and other national documents Avsec circulars and orders requirements.
Support daily security operations in airside and in terminal ensuring all processes and measures are carried out effectively and meet regulatory standards.
Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to established security protocols and address non-conformances promptly. Perceived security and regulatory standards.
Security Equipment and Resources Management:
Monitor the availability and functionality of security equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist in managing the security resources, ensuring that adequate supplies and equipment are available for day-to-day operations.
Incident Response and Reporting:
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, following established procedures to minimize risk and ensure safety.
Document and report security incidents, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded for further analysis.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with internal departments, contractors, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of security measures.
Provide support in organizing training sessions and awareness programs for staff to maintain security standards
.
CISF Administration:
Day to day coordination with CISF for operations, compliance, training and administration.
Ensure all the administrative requirements of CISF are provided as per the guidelines. Timely correspondence to all the communication with CISF.
Record Maintenance
Proper record maintenance of all the vetting’s, regulatory meetings, CISF correspondence other meeting and POC conducted at the site
Documentation and Reporting:
Assist in maintaining security-related records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on security performance to the Lead - AVSEC Compliance and Operations.
Training and Development:
Support the team by participating in training sessions and staying updated on the latest AVSEC protocols and regulatory changes.
Promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence among team members.

Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any field .
Work Experience:
5-10 years in airport or aviation security
Familiarity with NCASP, NCASTP, and NCASQCP standards and BCAS guidelines.
