Cyber Security Programme Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Programme Manager to lead the delivery of Engineering initiatives, aimed at reducing cyber risk and increasing stability. Main responsibilities:

• Onboarding of business applications to the strategic IAM platform (SailPoint IdentityNow) for access recertification.
• Remediation of Active Directory domains, to ensure they meet the Group’s Identity & Access Management (IDAM) standards, e.g., remediation of orphaned administrator / service accounts and unused AD groups, discovery and remediation of non-AD joined infrastructure and critical applications, improvement of the server decommissioning process.
• Management of 3 project managers who are leading each project workstream, helping to coordinate delivery and unblock any obstacles.
• Matrix management of technical engineers aligned to the projects.
• Collaboration with the Application and Infrastructure teams involved, as well as the Business Aligned Information Security Officers (BISO’s).
• Track and deliver any associated Audit / Regulatory actions and report progress to the GRC team.
• Project status reporting in Clarity, including reporting of key achievements, issues and risks.
• Regular reporting of project progress at monthly Project Boards.
• Management of the project financials using Clarity..
• Partnership with the Procurement team on Statements of Work (SOW’s) and Purchase Orders for vendor professional services and software purchases.

Key Competencies:

• 10 years of proven ability as a programme manager or senior delivery manager in large corporate environments.
• Experience of the SailPoint IAM platform (IdentityNow) for application onboarding and access recertification.
• Sound understanding of project delivery methodologies, having worked within delivery frameworks such as PMP, PRINCE2, AGILE or equivalent.
• Financial services experience is preferred but not crucial.
• Cyber certification, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are preferred but not crucial.
