EisnerAmper is looking to hire a Director for our National Security team. This role will focus on the legal strategy of compliance within regulatory frameworks.

The Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Partners and internal stakeholders to design and implement tailored, value-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of the National Security practice. Play a visible leadership role during client engagements
Analyze how a company mitigates national security risks, interact with clients’ external counsel and USG agencies. Work on CFIUS engagements
Negotiate, structure, implement and monitor complex agreements for mitigation of national security risks
Ensure scope of work addresses USG National Security interests and requirements
Mentor and develop staff at all levels in the National Security practice
May be required to occasionally work extended hours or travel/to work from different firm offices and/or client locations
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and J.D. required
10+ years of experience working in a legal environment including law firm or government entity experience
CISSP or CISA
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in related field such as Business, Economics, Accounting/Finance, Statistics/Analytics National Security, MIS, or other IT/Cybersecurity-related field of study or J.D
Hold any of national security-related certifications
Prior business development experience
Ability to travel in states and overseas 10-25% of the time
Background in governance risk internal controls, security and compliance
Knowledge of work with the US Government in CFIUS in highly complex cases, where data protection is required.
Ensure proper controls and safeguarding of assets, data, infrastructure or NSA covered information/property are in place to enforce compliance with an NSA across industries.
