The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced IAM/CIAM Specialist. As a member of our team, you will primarily participate in the delivery of identity and access management projects for companies from various sectors. You will look for opportunities for improvement, prepare materials for the implementation of design and implementation of IAM/CIAM solutions that will help clients to run their environment more safely and efficiently. 

What we are looking for: 

• Expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management, accompanied with a sound knowledge of CIAM solutions such as ForgeRock/Ping (preferred), Okta etc. 
• Preferably at least 2 years of practical experience with CIAM solutions (implementation and/or support). 
• Good understanding of IAM/CIAM related processes from onboarding, authentication, authorization, offboarding, consent management, etc.
• Excellent knowledge in IAM, CIAM & PAM ecosystem (technology, standards, implementations, migration, and operations). 
• Strong practical skills in installing, upgrading, configuring and operating, preferably combined with troubleshooting experience with CIAM solutions. 
• Good knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles. (experience in DevOps is an advantage).

Your advantage can be: 

• Previous support/implementation experience with CIAM solutions like ForgeRock (Ping) and/or Okta or others. 
• Hands on experience with JAVA / JavaScript programming. 
• Knowledge and experience with various application integrations with CIAM platforms. 
• Any other certification related to CIAM/IAM and cybersecurity. 
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO27k or NIST.
