Responsibilities
Old National is currently seeking an Identity and Access Management Engineer (IAM Engineer) that will design, develop, test, implement, and integrate identity and access management frameworks, systems, and protocols. This position develops, implements, and maintains identity and access management solutions and systems. The role will coach other members of the organization on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management. The position is to stay up to date on current IAM threats and industry solutions.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $62,300 - $122,400 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues
- Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency
- Onboarding of applications
- Access certifications and reviews
- Create Role Base Access/RBAC based on roles and entitlements.
- Perform access-related administrative activities as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, information technology, or related field, or a combination of relevant professional experience, education, and IAM certification.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of IAM experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutions.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology.
- Experience with one or more programming languages, scripting, LDAP, and web services.

- Contribute to the Risk Management team by achieving goals and delivering results.
- Successful design, development, testing, implementation and integration of access management frameworks, systems, and protocols.
- Successful development, implementation, and maintenance of identity and access management solutions and systems.
- Minimize risk to Old National and its clients by coaching ONB team members on best identity and access management practices and staying current on IAM threats and industry solutions.
- Partner with the team and leadership in a manner that is consistent with Old National’s values.
