Summary:

HI-Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Systems/Network Engineer to join our team at the 32 WPS, an Advanced Weapons Instructor Course (WIC). The position requires a TS/SCI security clearance and experience working in the defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, incident response, and vulnerability assessment.

What You Will Do:

• Conducting comprehensive cyber threat assessments and identifying potential risks to clients' systems and networks.
• Creating air-gapped training environments to protect networks.
• Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in clients' systems and networks.
• Developing and maintaining incident response plans and protocols.
• Specializing in VMWare Virtual infrastructure
• Staying up-to-date on the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.

What We're Looking For:

•                 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

•                Active TS/SCI security clearance.

•                In-depth knowledge of network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.

•                Experience with vulnerability assessment tools, such as Nessus, OpenVAS, and Nmap.

•                Strong knowledge with VMWare

•                Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•                Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
