About the Role

This role is for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Data as a Service (DaaS) team in delivering data solutions for the AML Compliance function.

ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Lead cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure across domains such as cloud security, IAM, threat detection, and data protection.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across cyber, IT, risk, compliance, and business units.
  • Ensure alignment to cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
  • Track milestones, manage risks and issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Present updates and outcomes to project sponsors and governance forums.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet internal control, audit, and documentation standards.
  • Work with security engineers and architects to validate technical solutions.
  • Support vulnerability management and remediation tracking.
  • Partner with GRC and internal audit teams during assessments and reviews.
  • Facilitate business case development and support project prioritization.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors or consulting partners involved in delivery.
  • Apply Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methods depending on project type.
  • Support organizational change through stakeholder communication and training.
  • Help drive adoption of cybersecurity tools and processes across the organization.
  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for secure design and risk-based decision making.
  • Ensure security initiatives align with enterprise risk appetite and strategy.
  • Promote awareness of cybersecurity goals and outcomes across teams.

ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Plan, manage and facilitate the successful execution of program timelines and milestonesĀ 
  • Collaborate with internal and external contributors to build a client specific co-delivery plan while adhering to implantation processesĀ 
  • Actively track all activities and their status; accountable for critical project deadlines and tasksĀ 
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, provide project updates and ensure overall customer satisfactionĀ 
  • Prepare work schedule and timelines with the customer and the extended teamĀ 
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential issues with project deliveryĀ 
  • Regularly communicate and maintain a bridge between the customer and Capco to ensure best practice in implementation and onboardingĀ 
  • Maintain up to date documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholdersĀ 
  • Regularly communicate project status and circulate project information to the teamĀ 
  • Obtain final sign-off and ensure customers are fully satisfied with project completionĀ 
  • Prepare and ensure seamless handoff of newly implemented customers to the operations teamĀ

  • 10+ years of project management and implementation managementĀ 
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex application development projectsĀ 
  • Experience with software re-write / re-engineering / re-factoring projectsĀ 
  • Able to lead deep-dive technical discussions for solutioningĀ 
  • Able to provide estimates for duration/effort of design/development activitiesĀ 
  • Experience and capabilities to speak with customer leaders to extract expectations, influence direction and manage expectationsĀ 
  • Excellent people skillsĀ 
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders and clientsĀ 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, enabling cross-business teamsĀ 
  • Ability work in fast pace environment while following best practice and company processĀ 
  • Highly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction, product development and technologyĀ 
  • Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skillsĀ 
  • Excellent presentation skillsĀ 
  • Banking experience required
