Senior Validation Analyst (Cyber-Tec-Ops)

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Validation Analyst to lead the development and execution of a robust validation framework across cybersecurity, technology, and operations risk. You’ll apply a third line of defense mindset within the first line, using advanced analytics and automation to assess control effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.  This is a 12-months' contract employment, with opportunity for extension.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead validation strategy across Technology and Operations, including SGX subsidiaries, with clear milestones and automation goals.
• Leverage data and technology to enhance validation quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Execute risk-based validations for cybersecurity, technology, and operational controls, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Deliver high-quality insights to senior management and committees, influencing risk and control decisions.
• Develop and implement validation programs, conduct assessments, and analyze evidence to strengthen controls.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and manage resources to meet validation objectives.
• Stay current on emerging risks and technologies, continuously improving validation methodologies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in risk management, control validation, or internal audit within financial services or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, technology, and operational risk domains.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and automation technologies.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
