What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead enterprise architecture reviews, risk assessments, and FedRAMP/TIC 3.0 compliance initiatives across all workstreams.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, reporting status to Treasury OCIO leadership (approximately 25% of role).
- Approve utilization and capacity-planning reports, DR/COOP findings, and technical briefings.
- Interface with Treasury Cyber, TSOC, bureau IT executives, and vendor partners (AT&T, SAIC) to resolve escalated issues and set modernization priorities.
- Champion Zero Trust, cloud adoption, and automation best practices while guiding implementation roadmaps.
- Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across MetaPhase delivery teams.
What We Need From You (Required):
- Master’s degree or bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in enterprise network or cloud architecture and cybersecurity for Federal agencies; experience managing multi‑year infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated leadership delivering large-scale Federal infrastructure or shared‑services programs.
- Active CISSP plus one of: AWS or Azure Solutions Architect Professional, CCIE, or TOGAF.
- Proven track record developing and enforcing enterprise security controls, DR/COOP strategies, and performance management KPIs.
- Eligibility for High Public Trust (Tier 4); U.S. Citizenship required.
Bonus Points (Desired):
- Prior experience supporting Treasury OCIO or DHS TIC modernization efforts.
- ISO 9001 or CMMI quality‑management background.
- Experience with executive storytelling using Power BI or Tableau.
- Hybrid – Washington, DC metro (2–3 days/week onsite at Treasury HQ); remainder remote.
- Occasional (<10%).
- High Public Trust (Tier 4); U.S. Citizenship required.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s degree may substitute for years of experience.
- Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 150k - 165k.
