JD Finish Line
As a key member of JD Finish Line’s IT Leadership Team, the Manager of Cyber Security is responsible for developing, executing and administering the JD Finish Line IT security strategy and program plan. The scope of the program is company-wide with the purpose of protecting the company’s information and infrastructure from external or internal threats; assuring the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements regarding information access, security and privacy. This position collaborates with department leaders to define how IT can align, support and enable the business. This leader will effectively exhibit JD Finish Line’s core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following key duties:
Security Strategy and Planning:
Develop, Update, and Implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
Develop and maintain incident response plans.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
Work with cross functional and cross banner team to build and execute on cybersecurity roadmaps
Security System Management:
Manage and maintain security systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
Monitor network traffic and security systems for suspicious activity.
Respond to and resolve any/all security incidents.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
Communication and Training:
Communicate security risks and vulnerabilities to management and stakeholders.
Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity management or related roles.
Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Experience with cybersecurity risk assessment, incident response, and vulnerability management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
