We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives. 

 

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Cybersecurity, SME. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO), located in Wiesbaden, Germany.  This position is located OCONUS. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

• Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of Enterprise Cybersecurity Services functions 

• Defines and ensures application of cybersecurity standardized processes, procedures, and tools across EMITS 2 operations 

• Collaborates with the Government and MPLs to tailor cybersecurity standardized processes and procedures to meet specific MP requirements 

• Collaborates with the Government and Mission Continuity Office (MCO) to identify required training and certifications for personnel supporting cybersecurity roles 

• Supports Innovation Council Meetings and attends and participates in weekly technical status meetings 

• Maintains knowledge and expertise on emerging policies and technologies that impact or support improvements to cybersecurity processes, procedures, and tools 

• Identifies applicable innovations and emerging technologies and develops and recommends technology insertion and continuous improvement projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness of cybersecurity processes 

• Develops project planning schedule that addresses the strategy, logistics, and resources required to successfully complete technology insertion and continuous improvement projects 

• Develops project Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and schedules that identify key milestones and provides critical path information 

• Manages projects in accordance with the EMITS 2 Program Management Plan, including risk and communications management and quality management 

• Collaborates with the MP Lead to identify and assign qualified and trained personnel to support development and implementation of projects 

• Monitors and assesses functional process performance and corrects deficient processes 

• Promulgates cybersecurity process corrective actions, improvements, lessons learned, and best practices across all MP teams 

• Supports MPLs with investigations into process issues and rapidly adapting to dynamic requirements changes 

• Collaborates with the MP Operations Manager, MPLs, and MCO to identify cybersecurity personnel development and upskilling plans and adaptations to changing requirements  

• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments 

• Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge 

• Supervises multi-function project teams consisting of 5 to 15 personnel  

Qualifications: 

Required:  

• Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret Clearance and be able to obtain an SCI 

• BA/BS +13 years recent experience 

• Certification CISM or CISSO or FITSP-D or GCIA or GCSA or GCLD or GDSA or GICSP or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP  

• Requires seasoned Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert to lead and manage Enterprise Cybersecurity functions within EMITS 2 operations.  

• Defines and implements advanced standardized processes, procedures, and tools across complex, multi-faceted projects.  

• Provides expert guidance to multi-function project teams of 5-15 personnel.  

• Collaborates at executive level with government stakeholders to architect cybersecurity protocols and develop comprehensive personnel training strategies and upskilling plans and adaptations to changing requirements.  

• Contributes high-level insights to Innovation Council Meetings and weekly technical status meetings.  

• Identifies, evaluates, and recommends cutting-edge technologies for continuous enhancement of cybersecurity processes.  

• Develops and manages intricate projects, emphasizing sophisticated risk and communications management techniques.  

• Conducts in-depth analysis of cybersecurity performance, implements strategic corrective actions, and disseminates industry-leading best practices.  

• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments.  

• Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge. 

 

Desired:

• Experience with DoD IT security requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$115,600 - 254,200 USD
