(Senior) Information Security Advisor (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• You will contribute to the development and review of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in accordance with international standards such as ISO 27001 and other relevant guidelines.
• As a point of contact, you will advise management and relevant stakeholders on the development of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure information security.
• You will lead the execution of risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the ISMS and for implementing improvement measures to ensure that information security objectives are met.
• You will act as a link to our data protection team to ensure a consistent approach and provide support where necessary.
• You will support our sales team in responding to customer inquiries related to information security.

Dein Profil

• You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, law, or a comparable field of study.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the area of information security, ISMS, and/or data protection.
• You have industry experience in financial services, fintech, or IT services (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Existing certifications or training such as ISO 27001, Cyber Security, etc. are an advantage.
• You have an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Initiative and commitment are among your strengths.
• You have excellent communication skills and you are proficient in German (C1 preferred) and have a very good command of English — as we work in an international team.
