Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to team's work in designing, developing, testing, and/or maintaining hardware, technology, and/or processes.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Information Security Technology - Engineering - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with team to build automated solutions for cloud infrastructure
  • Assist the client teams with issues in a problem-solving approach
  • Perform tasks related to process improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with the team on data analysis, forecasting, and managing customer requests.
  • Gather and document customer needs and create preliminary solution frameworks.
  • Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions.
  • Apply and document a process-driven approach in designing solutions.
  • Maintain existing technical solutions.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information
  • Experience in using and maintaining password management software such as CyberArk,
  • Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
  • Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
  • Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
  • Experience monitoring and managing operation systems (OS), and staying current on patches, upgrades, and other elements of the OS
  • Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
  • Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
  • Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.

Desired Skills

  • Skilled in AWS and/or other cloud technologies and cloud computing 
  • Experience with security platform tools like CyberArk and its services
  • Communicate with stakeholders to investigate issues 
  • On call engagement as needed for production impacting incidents

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
