Reporting to the Vice President of Information Security, the Manager of Identity and Access is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and operations of the enterprise Identity and Access programs. This role ensures secure and efficient access to technology resources across the organization, aligning practices with business and compliance requirements. The Manager will oversee identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management, and authentication services, while driving continuous improvement and innovation in capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Identity and Access (IA) strategy, roadmap, and policies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IA systems, including identity lifecycle, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Oversee the administration of user access provisioning and de-provisioning across all systems and applications
- Collaborate with business and IT teams during new system and application implementation to ensure appropriate IA controls are in place
- Manage privileged access management (PAM) solutions and enforce least privilege principles
- Conduct periodic access reviews, audits, and certifications to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to streamline IA processes and improve user experience
- Monitor IAM systems for anomalies, threats, and performance issues; lead incident response for IAM-related security events
- Develop and maintain IA metrics and reporting to demonstrate program effectiveness and support executive decision-making
- Lead and mentor a high-performing IA team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
- Stay current with IA trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure the program remains effective and compliant
- Establish/maintain a high performance team of professional, motivated and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management and career-development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics
- Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED (required) and five (5) years of experience in identity and access management; Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum two (2) years of managerial experience in IAM or related security functions (required)
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with IAM technologies and frameworks (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk) (required)
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOX, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS (required)
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Expert knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices
- Independently manage complex tasks and projects
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Analyze problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions
- Present ideas in a compelling and structured format to diverse audiences
