Overview
The South Division Retail Sales Associate Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Retail business for the Division. The Associate Manager will partner with cross-functional sales partners to set customer strategy, build CDA’s, annual and quarterly business plans, optimize trade spend, and develop contingency plans. This role is highly cross-functional and requires the ability to communicate effectively, work with our commercial partners and drive the agenda.
Responsibilities
- Support forecasting and analysis with Retail Sales partners
- Own relationship with cross-functional sales partners for all aspects of financial planning and performance management
- Own Pricing, Promotional, and Contingency Analysis for support accounts
- Support accounts in annual contract (CDA) negotiation for Division owned Accounts
- IRI insights into competitor’s strategy, external trends, and actionable recommendations
- Financial literacy training for key business partners
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related Field; MBA a plus
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Effective communication and presentation skills is a must (verbal, written and listening)
- Leadership impact to influence key decisions and promote alignment with multiple teams
- Analytic rigor and attention to detail without losing the ‘big picture’
- Ability to prioritize in order to address multiple business demands
- Sense of urgency to complete assignments in a timely manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of various in-house software applications a plus
